I use to got here I remember why I stopped. Got a fill in and pedicure yesterday they told me $90 for a fill-in! That was the first red flag. The lady comes with pedicure but she will not allow me to hold it. She’s only showing me pedicures that are $70 plus. I told her that I’m a returning customer and this is not all of the pedicures that they have so she shows me the others I decide on a $60 jelly pedicure plus $40 for a refill acrylic on my toes. She tried to tell me that my nails will be $130 just for my toes . 60 + 40= 100 where did the other 30 come from . When I correct her attitude changes and say I can’t get jelly , so I asked how much is a regular pedicure she says $30 but 30+40= 70 . Still charged me 100 for my toes and 90 for my nails… it’s hasn’t even been 12 hours and these are my nails……

A friend visited me around the time that The Nail Bar Atlanta opened and she needed her nails done so I said, "There's a new place that just opened around the corner, so let's go there." She got a simple manicure with polish and the polish was showing light and dark on her nails and uneven. We asked to get the polish done again and the tech began painting each nail over and over about 5 to 6 times. We ended up leaving not being satisfied and just decided to never go back. It was nice, clean and new however we went for a simple service that wasn't up to our standards.

I’ll preface this by saying I’ve been going to this salon for over 2 years and have never had an issue but recently I don’t know what’s happened if they switched brands or what but I came in for my new years nails and paid over $200 (their prices have steadily been increasing in the past 2 years for lower quality) just to have my nails chip that same night. I came back the next day to get them fixed being greeted by being asked about who did what over and over finally I saw the guy who did and another girl fixed them only for them to once again chip that same day and more following and just completely peeling off within less 24 hours of getting them done (not a nail tech issue since 2 different techs did them) and I had no way to go back to get them fixed or get a refund since I was leaving on a trip which they knew. I don’t know what’s happened, quality has just drastically decreased while prices have skyrocketed and when you go in for a fix they seem annoyed and angry knowing they see me every 2 weeks for a full set (usually exotic set with designs and long length) and a pedicure easily spending at least $200 every 2 weeks you’d think they’d care to keep a customer happy. Now I’m going out of the country for new years with completely chipped and peeling nails. And no I didn’t do nothing to cause them to chip no washing dishes no heavy work literally left the salon and went home to chill BOTH TIMES. They came out cute if they’re weren’t completely peeling off within 24hrs

I went to this nail salon for an acrylic fill in this past Sunday with gel polish. Literally the next day my polish was chipping and peeling. I couldn’t go right in because I had work so I went in Thursday and told them. The guy told me he could only fix the two that had peeled off but the rest is normal chipping? I showed him the receipt to show the date. I paid $55 for a fill in which is usually how much a full set is. I don’t mind paying but I’d never come here again because I’ve been getting gel forever and when done right even with growth gel lasts and doesn’t peel and chip off like mine was. It was from a piss poor job and they obviously can’t stand behind their work. He told me I could pay $25 for a color change?? Absolutely not, I’d rather go somewhere else and get a fresh set before I ever come here again

I went in to get a full set and asked for shorter length nails, I was thinking it was a simple nail esthetic. Upon the nail tech finishing my nails I was told $130 dollars, I was in complete shock. This was not a $130 dollar nail job. They overcharge customers and don’t even do anything. I hope the place gets shut down and people stop paying outrageous prices.

This was the worst nail salon I have ever experienced. The vibe and aura in the salon was very off as soon as my friend and I walked in. It just seemed like the nail techs were rushing and trying to get everyone out, they were very busy. I was helped right away and decided to get SNS on my nails. The lady doing my nails told me it would be $60 for the SNS plus the tips she put on my nails. Then my friend was getting the same service as me and her nail tech told her it would be $50. I asked my nail tech politely why I was getting charged $10 extra for the same service. They proceeded to talk amongst themselves in their language. The manager ended up coming over and saying mine was more because "she gave me a manicure", which she in fact did not give me a manicure. My nails were what I wanted, however the customer service from this salon was horrible and very unprofessional. The workers were rude and unwilling to answer my questions. If I could give 0 stars I would. To top everything off, I also got multiple cuts on my cuticles from her service. Just horrible.
